Before one of our trained and licensed caregivers is selected for home care service, one of our Registered Nurses and/or our Occupational Therapist vists the client at home or in a facility. We will conduct a "home care assessment" to determine the client's medical, physical and personal needs .
We learn about their physical condition/abilities (what they can/can't do), medications they are taking and any dietary restrictions. Then, we carefully match the caregiver's capabilities with the the specific needs of our client.
In addition this assessment can be used as a Plan of Care for the client. If the client has long- term care health insurance, the Plan of Care will probably be necessary for reimbursement.
For our clients who have long- term care insurance policies, a Traycee staff member will assist gathering and submitting all paperwork that is required by the insurance company for reimbursement of our services.

Family PartnersSM Program
Traycee is proud to introduce our Family Partners Program. Family Partners simply creates a partnership between the client and Traycee, bringing family tradition, dignity and past activities all together to benefit the senior. It focuses on developing a personalized companionship and service program that involves not only the caregiver but the client in activities that enhance life enrichment and trust. |
